How we build every shed...
Lean-To Shed
Gable Shed
Notched 4x4 footing support
We use pressure treated 4x4 posts with code rated fasteners. Each post is notched to ensure it can properly handle the weight of your shed.
TuffBlock Footings
We use a product called Tuffblock, which is certified by the International Code Council. These footings are engineered to withstand the same weight as your standard concrete block.
Joist Hangers
We use 2 x 6 joist hangers on every floor joist along with 3" ring shank nails to ensure your shed withstands the weight of your stuff over time.
Support Girder
On all sheds 12' wide or more, we use a double 2x6 support girder centered under your floor joists.
Windows
We use 18 x 27 functioning windows with a bottom screen.
- Each shed comes standard with one window and anything 12 x 12 + comes standard with two windows.

Doors
We offer a standard 4ft double door with an option for single doors as well.

PVC Trim
All doors, corners, and windows are trimmed with white PVC non-rot trim boards.

Hardware
Every shed comes with a locking T-handle & key.
Diamond Plated Metal Threshold
Every shed comes standard with our threshold plates at each door opening.
Siding
Our standard walls are 7' tall with LP Smartside Panels.

Floor Framing
We use pressure treated 2 x 6 lumber for our shed floors at 12OC for 10' wide sheds, and 16OC with a center girder for all 12' sheds +
Subfloor & Framing
We use professional grade, Advantech subfloor, and premium hand picked 2 x 4 for all framing (16 OC)
Roofing & Trusses
We use 2 x 4 truss construction with collar ties for 10ft span +, and 1/2" OSB roof sheathing.
Architectural Shingles
We use GAF 30 yr architectural shingles with ridge ventilation.

Synthetic Underlayment
Synthetic underlayment promotes the longevity of your roof sheathing & provides a moisture barrier.
Caulking
We use quality exterior caulk on all trim and exposed seams.

Finishing Options
Drywall
​
We work with experienced drywall professionals to provide a quality interior drywall finish. Using 1/2" drywall, we trim all windows, door openings, and baseboards. Take a weekend to paint it yourself or ask our team about painting it for you!
Insulation
​
We install floor and wall insulation in all of our finished sheds to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All you need to do is install your choice on a mini split HVAC unit.
LVP Flooring
​
We work with experienced flooring professionals to provide a quality floor installation. Using luxury vinyl plank flooring, we ensure a leveled and tightly sealed floor that boasts a finished look, mimicking the inside of your own home.
Electrical
We work with an experienced and licensed electrician to provide a full electrical package, from trenching the lines to installing the fixtures, we've got you covered. A site visit will be required to ensure accurate pricing and materials are used that will meet your needs.​
